Access
For large deliveries we will provide a lockbox to put on the door handle for a key so our delivery crew can access the property whenever they need. Most of the time deliveries take multiple days to complete and we have found trying to coordinate with you for access on each day to not work well. Upon completion of the delivery we will return your key and remove the lock box. We have also found we are most efficient when the house is empty so we request that so we can get your delivery completed as efficient as possible. Upon completion of their shift, our delivery crew will text you pictures of the completed work with an update of what is left to complete.
For small deliveries we can complete same day we need availability from you for the entire day to grant us access, or a door code. We do our best to get you as accurate a time estimate as we can, however due to varying schedules we cannot guarantee a specific time.
Free Delivery
All orders over $2,000 qualify for free Drop Off Delivery. That means the items will be left in the original packaging in your garage. If you would like us to set up your items that is available as part of our White Glove Setup.
If your order is under $2,000 you may pick your items up at our warehouse for no additional charge, or you may opt to pay for our White Glove Setup.
White Glove Setup
If you would like us to set up your items for you, our White Glove Setup is available at $45 per hour.
Typically it takes 2 people around an hour a piece per room, however this may vary depending on the items you purchase. For example a bunk bed typically takes 1 hour from 2 people on it's own. Upon request we can estimate the cost for you but it is not guaranteed to be exactly accurate.
We bill for delivery on a weekly basis, so if your delivery gets spread out across multiple weeks (ie backorders, or it takes multiple days to finish) we will require payment as we go.
Included is the following:
- Delivering boxes to your house
- Unboxing and setup
- Placement of furniture in the desired location
- Removal of garbage
- And any other task you would like our delivery crew to help out with, such as hanging TVs. Please note that we require notice if you would like help with non furniture related tasks so we can schedule accordingly, and we require all necessary items ahead of time as our delivery crew cannot purchase items for you.
