Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused.

Red Rock Furniture may at their discretion charge a restocking fee unless one or more of the following apply:
- Item has not shipped from the manufacturer warehouse. If the manufacturer will charge a fee to cancel the customer will be responsible for that cost.
- Item was received damaged. You have 7 days from the time of receiving the furniture to examine the items and report any shipping damage. You will be allowed to keep the damaged items until the replacement item comes in.
- Item was ordered/delivered incorrectly due to the fault of Red Rock Furniture. If we do not give you the item that was ordered on the invoice there shall be no fees to return or exchange for the proper item.
- Item has a valid warranty claim honored by the manufacturer. Please note that commercial use voids most manufacturer warranties.
If you paid for White Glove setup Red Rock Furniture will pick up the furniture at no additional cost, otherwise the customer is required to bring the item back to the warehouse or pay to have the item picked up.
Customer cost of return
If the customer orders an incorrect item, no longer needs the item, or doesn't like the product they shall be responsible for any applicable fees to return or exchange for the correct item.
The following may apply to return or exchange at Red Rock Furniture's discretion:
- Cost of Freight to receive the item
- Cost for delivery crew to retrieve the item. Customer may return the item to the warehouse directly to avoid this fee. Original delivery and set up fees are not refundable under any circumstance unless no delivery has been made.
- Restocking fee to return the item to the vendor
- Cost of freight to return item to manufacturer
- If an item is not returnable to the vendor, Red Rock Furniture may charge up to a 30% restocking fee at their discretion.
Non Qualifying Items
The following items do not qualify to be canceled/returned:
- Custom order pieces. Due to it being made to specific specifications neither Red Rock Furniture nor the manufacturer will accept cancellations/returns after 72 hours past the time of purchase.
- Mattresses that were not used with a mattress protector. A mattress protector must be used at all times to ensure returns will not be a health hazard. Not using a mattress protector will void the warranty.
- As is/clearance pieces are sold with no warranty, final sale. Once it has left the warehouse there will be no cancellations/returns.
Warranty Information
Any warranty claims shall be exchanged only. Most merchandise comes with a manufacturer’s warranty which takes precedence over any other warranty. In the event that the manufacturer does not provide a warranty or the manufacturer’s warranty is less than one year, we provide the original retail purchaser a one year warranty against manufacturer defects. This warranty is guaranteed provided the products are subject to normal wear and tear, are used for their original purpose, are not modified in any way, and are not used for commercial purposes. Natural materials such as wood and veneer have variations and characteristics. Natural materials are also subject to color changes and seasonal gapping due to the environment or sunlight. These normal variations are not covered under our warranty. The one year warranty will not apply if issues arise during self-installation of items or electrical components.
Method of Refund
Funds will be released when the goods have been returned to the warehouse and fully inspected. Refunds will be given via the method the payment was received. Credit and debit cards will have the refund processed immediately after inspecting the item. Cash and check payments are subject to a 21 day processing period and will be refunded via check only. No cash refunds will be given. Then the check would be available to pick up at the showroom, or if you would prefer we can mail a check to the address of your choice.
